Due to our increased engagement in the area of laser-optical instruments, we are hiring new employees to strengthen our team.
Your tasks
- Develop mathematical models for electro-optical space instruments, e.g. for instrument performance model
- Implement real-time compatible simulation functions
- Integrate models with test bench interfaces and data buses
- Design and implement configuration file handling
- Support error injection, fault detection, and performance validation
- Collaborate with system engineers and optical engineers
- Deliver documentation, test cases, and verification reports
Your skills and experience
- Strong experience in C/C++ and/or MATLAB/Simulink
- Background in numerical modeling, control systems, or aerospace simulation
- Familiarity with real-time systems, data buses, and signal processing
- Experience with scientific software development and model verification
- Ability to work with customer specification documents, and simulation frameworks
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), German in an asset
