Another year has almost passed. Time to thank you again for all the good work we did together, for the ideas, the fruitful discussions, the fairness, the friendships, the cooperation in difficult times, the trust in us, and the celebrations of successes.
This year we have experienced a further growth of our activities, including:
Solar Arrays
The solar array factory is well booked. The transfer from the pilot line to the new production machinery has required a lot of attention and sometimes a little patience. The various deployment mechanisms have seen some evolutions. And one specifically stubborn one has successfully deployed and is on its way to Jupiter! The Euclid sun shield keeps the telescope in the dark and provides power to the satellite as expected. Many more STI solar arrays have been launched in various NewSpace constellations. Just in the last days we received major orders for several satellite constellations, strengthening our position as largest provider of solar arrays for satellite constellations.
Photonics and quantum optics
We have continued and are expanding our work on cutting edge photonic and quantum-optical instruments for space. We will provide key parts to future gravity missions, trace gas lidars, wind lidars, and optical clocks in space. The Sentinel 6 Calibration Subsystems are delivered.
Stay tuned, we will have major news upcoming early next year.
Electronics and more
SpaceTech electronics fly on JUICE and are in development for various other institutional and commercial missions & last not least, we are going to the lunar gateway – well, our mechanisms are…!
We intend to continue our “New Way for Space”, as your provider of innovative, reliable, performant and cost efficient space equipment. We are committed to deserve all the trust you put in us.
We hope you enjoy our Adventskalender and wish you all the best for the Festive Season and the New Year.
