Due to our growing mechanical department, we are hiring new employees to strengthen our solar generator team.
Your tasks
- Design support with respect to manufacturing demands
- Preparation of design documentation
- Preparation of manufacturing and assembly drawings
- Discussion with part suppliers regarding technology, cost, and schedule
- Incoming inspections especially dimensions and tolerances check
- Providing support to proposals
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related disciplines or equivalent job experience
- Proficiency in CAD Systems, preferably Solid Works
- Hands-on knowledge of mechanical parts manufacturing would be helpful e.g., turning, milling...
- Systematic and independent working style
- Pro-active approach to problem solving, pragmatism, flexibility
- Team player, good communication skills
- Fluent in German – good knowledge of English would be an advantage
- SAP basic knowledge would be an asset, but is not mandatory
